As outlined previously, our hikes are challenging. You therefore require:
1. A good level of fitness including the ability to walk uphill and downhill (including steps) for for an extended period of time (3 to 4 hours).
2. Appropriate footwear ie. hiking shoes or runners
3. Water - 1 litre
4. Your camera
5. A small day pack if you have it
6. A 'happy to be alive' attitude!
